That is how we have grown our revenues.
One reason: The Kajaria brand pull.
Customers who come to our showroom do not merely ask ‘Please
show me good tiles.’ They say ‘Kajaria ka latest
dikhaaiyyega
.’
As footfalls increased, so did our display area: from 500 sq. ft. (2009)
to 7000 sq. ft. (2016).
And this is the story with most Kajaria dealers.
Kajaria listens to dealers. Kajaria respects dealers. Kajaria cares for
dealers. Kajaria extends beyond the written contract for dealers.
Let me give you my instance.
Just a few months into dealership, I was invited to the Kajaria dealers’
meet and awards function in Bangkok despite not reaching the
threshold performance.
That experience sparked a desire: some day I too would get an
award.
Today I am among the five leading Kajaria dealers in India in
the polished vitrified tile segment; the leading Kajaria dealer in
Chhattisgarh.
