Variable component of remuneration (i.e Commission) paid
to the directors are directly linked to the overall Company’s
Performance.
5 i. Variation in market capitalisation of the Company.
i. Market Capitalisation of the Company has been increased
from 6384 Crores as on 31st March 2015 to 7573 Crores as
on 31st March 2016.
ii. Variation in price earning (PE) ratio
ii. PE ratio was 32.24 at 31st March 2016 as compared to
36.85 at 31st March 2015.
iii. Percentage increase over decrease in the market
quotation of the shares of the Company in comparison
to the rate at which the Company came out with the
last public offer.
iii. The Closing price of the Company’s Equity share on NSE
and BSE as on 31st March 2016 was 957.85 and 952.90
representing approx. 480 times increase over IPO Price.
6 Average percentile increase in the salaries of employees
excluding managerial personnel during financial year
2015-16 and comparison with the percentile increase
in remuneration of Executive Directors and justification
thereof.
Average percentile increase in the salaries of employees
excluding managerial personnel during financial year 2015-16
was 9%. Whereas average increase in remuneration of Executive
Directors was 19%. Percentage increase in remuneration
of executive directors is based on the position of high
responsibilities and is an award for the exemplary contribution
made in the growth of the business of the Company.

The ratio of the remuneration of the highest paid Director to that of the employees who are not Directors but receive
remuneration in excess of the highest paid Director during the year:
There is no employee who receives remuneration in
excess of remuneration paid to the highest paid Director.

Affirmation that the remuneration is as per the remuneration policy of the Company:
